Plum Cake with Cinnamon Crumbles

At grandma, it tastes best. That's why we baked this delicious plum cake with cinnamon crumbs in the traditional way with grandma's good old recipe. Just so delicious!
Ingredients:
200 g of flour
1 packet cream custard powder
160 g of butter
90 g of sugar
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 shot of rum
1-1.5 kg plums
2 p. Vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation:
Beat the egg with 120g butter, 60 g sugar and a dash of rum until creamy.
Add custard powder, flour and baking powder and quickly turn into a smooth dough. Keep the dough cool for an hour.
In the meantime, mix 50 g flour, 40 g butter, 30 g sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon into crumbles.
Place the dough in a springform pan, and pull up the edges.
Cover the dough with plums and spread the crumble on top.
Bake at 200 °C for about 40 minutes.
