Chocolate-Hazelnut-Stars

A double chocolate indulgence promise these delicious Chocolate Hazelnut Stars. Because even the dough is refined with chocolate and makes these Christmas cookies especially crumbly and delicious.

Ingredients for about 30-40 pieces:

250 g butter

140 g of sugar

1 egg yolk

1 tsp vanilla flavor

300 g of flour

40 g of cocoa powder

½ packet of baking powder

200 g dark chocolate

100 g of chopped hazelnuts

Preparation:

Beat butter with sugar, vanilla flavor and egg yolk until foamy. Mix the flour with cocoa and baking powder and stir in

Wrap dough in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Heat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out stars.

Place the chocolate stars on a baking sheet lined with Blechrein Winter and bake for approx. 10-12 minutes.

Melt the chocolate over a water bath and cover cooled stars. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and leave to dry.
