Bruschetta Chicken

Delicate chicken breast is gently cooked on our Blechrein White and accompanied with a fresh bruschetta topping. A summery light pleasure at its best.

Ingredients for 2 persons:

2 chicken breasts

15 cocktail tomatoes

100g feta

1 handful of basil

olive oil

Pepper salt

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 150 °C.

Season the chicken breasts with pepper and salt and sauté in a little olive oil in a pan from both sides.

Line a casserole dish with Blechrein white and add the chicken breasts. Sprinkle with feta cheese and cook for 10-15 minutes in the oven.

In the meantime halve the tomatoes, cut the basil into thin strips. Season with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, pepper and salt.

Remove the chicken breasts from the oven and sprinkle with the bruschetta tomatoes.
