Tarte Flambée with Pears and Bacon
We bake classic dihes like Tarte Flambée on our tried and true Blechrein Classic. For the topping, you may like to spice this up, as here with goat cream cheese, pears and bacon.
Ingredients for 1 tarte:
1 tarte flambee dough from the refrigerated shelf
2 pears
150 g goat cream cheese
50 g bacon
1 sprig of rosemary
honey
pepper
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 220 °C.
Roll out the tarte flambée dough onto a sheet of Blechrein Classic and spread with goat cream cheese. Quarter the pears, remove seeds and cut into very fine slices.
Spread the pear slices evenly on the tarte flambée and sprinkle with diced bacon.
Finely chop the rosemary and sprinkle over it as well.
Bakee the tarte in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the bottom is nice and golden brown.
Drizzle with honey and serve.
